Bamdura Bamboo trailer flooring is one of the latest products from our R&D department. Our jointless lengthened bamboo technology is the breakthrough solution to the dimensional limitation of conventional hardwood. It has gained popularity in recent years as a flooring option for trailers due to its numerous benefits. Major producers are curious how to implement our solution into their production process.
.Strength and Durability: Bamboo is a remarkably strong material, often compared to hardwoods like oak and maple. It has a high tensile strength, which means it can withstand heavy loads and resist denting or damage. This makes it ideal for trailer flooring, where durability is essential.
.Lightweight: Bamboo is also lightweight compared to many other flooring materials, which is beneficial for trailers where weight is a concern. It helps to keep the overall weight of the trailer low, which can improve fuel efficiency and towing capacity.
.Noise reduction: By choosing the film-faced items from our range you will reduce noise. Pump trucks and roll containers produce noise. Installing a noise-absorbing Bamdura truck floor will contribute to a more silent delivery process. This has a great benefit if your (electric) distribution truck enters city centers where noise reduction is an issue. Bamdura trailer floors can also help you to get the PIEK certificate.
.Sustainability: Bamboo is an environmentally friendly flooring option. It is a fast-growing grass that can be harvested within 3-5 years, whereas traditional hardwoods take decades to mature. Bamboo is considered a renewable resource because it can be harvested without killing the plant, as it regrows from its roots. Additionally, bamboo plantations can help to reduce deforestation and promote carbon sequestration.
.No size limitations: In our factory, we can produce any connection profile and as mentioned earlier we have no dimensional limitations so any length or thickness can be offered.
